Short time rentals in Cardiff
We have taken on some high end apartments for short time rental, and are looking for an invester interested in receiving a fixed interest return on the investment.

We have taken on a renovation project in Swansea, where we are creating one 3 bed apartment from an old community hall, and are looking for an invester interested in receiving a fixed interest return on the investment.

Fixed rate return
For some of our projects we can now offer you an investment opportunity to fixed interest.
This option is designed for you who want a good return on your saving, far better than you would get in the bank, but don't want to take any risks.
You will receive an interest on your money each month or you can reinvest your interest, using the compounding effect.

Percentage of profit
We have projects coming in where we can offer you as an investor a part of the profit. Depending on the nature of the project, the return on your investment could be 20% or considerably higher. This kind of return is possible for investments of £30 000 or higher.
This option is design for you who want to maximize the return on your investment. In this option you are guaranteed a percentage of the profit or cash flow rather than a monthly interest payment.
Depending on the project, the payout may vary in size and time.
Since you, as an investor, engage in the project more closely, and may not get the return as scheduled, the return in per cent on your investment is higher.
