The core values dictates the entire scope ow work performed at Wesley Enterprises Group. It is a set of very clear directives that dictates how we work, behave and interact. These are our most secret guidelines.

Our mission is to provide customers with quality and security - both in the relationship, execution and final results. We accomplish this by having the knowledge, skills, creativity and cooperation to ensure what is in the client's best interest. We strive to incorporate joy, meaning and satisfaction in this approach.

We strive and nurture partnerships, cooperation and community.
Whatever the role, title, experience or skills, we are one team, with one mission statement. We should strive to be attentive to the opinions, criticism, ideas and suggestions on how we can develop and improve, and how to realize the company's mission.

We own and run Wesley Enterprises Group

Wesley Enterprises Group is owned and managed by Ann-Charlotte (Lotta) and Michael Wesley.

Lotta and Michael Wesley are entrepreneurs who have run several companies since 1984, both separately and together since 2007.

Today they own a number of companies, both in Sweden and abroad. The focus is to help people become excellent in everything they do, to be the absolute best they can become and to give all people the opportunity to realize their dreams, goals and visions. To really get the opportunity to take control of their lives and to create the freedom that so many dream about.
